Eligibility Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete information during verification

Store Setup and Verification

Business Verification Process

To set up your store, you must:

  • Provide accurate business information and documentation
  • Maintain current and accurate store information
  • Notify us of any changes to business ownership or structure
  • Re-verify if requested for compliance purposes

False Information

Any attempt to provide false business information or impersonate another business will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use COM.STORE services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Host illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Resell or redistribute services without authorization

Service Level Agreement

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees:

  • Uptime: 99.9% for Startup, 99.99% for Business/Enterprise
  • Support Response: Based on your plan tier
  • Data Durability: 99.999999999% (11 nines)
  • Credits: Provided for SLA violations per our policy

Payment Terms

Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months of service

Late Payment

Failure to pay fees may result in:

  • Service suspension after 7 days
  • Data export available for 30 days
  • Account termination after 30 days
  • Collection efforts for outstanding balances

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you create using our services. You grant COM.STORE a limited license to host and serve your content as necessary to provide our services.

Our Property

COM.STORE and all associated trademarks, logos, and technology remain our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

Data Protection

We protect your data through:

  • Industry-standard encryption protocols
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Compliance with data protection regulations
  • Strict access controls and monitoring

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • COM.STORE's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions or content
  • You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of services

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination:

  • Services continue until the end of the billing period
  • Data export is available for 30 days
  • No refunds for unused service time

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended inactivity (12+ months)

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation between parties
  • Mediation if negotiation fails
  • Binding arbitration as a last resort
  • Jurisdiction in Delaware, USA

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Dashboard notification
  • 30 days advance notice for material changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
